1. Order Nature & Processing

Most products offered by Pritam Nayak Couture are:

  • Made-to-order
  • Customized
  • Handcrafted couture or bridal pieces

As a result, each order follows a structured production and quality control timeline.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full or partial payment (as agreed) is received, and
  • The order details (design, size, customization, delivery address) are finalized.

Once confirmed, the order is moved into production.


2. Estimated Production Timeline

Production timelines vary depending on the nature of the product:

3. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.
For international orders:

  • Shipping availability, charges, and timelines will be communicated separately.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping:
    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation or checkout.
  • International Shipping:
    Charges depend on destination, package weight, and courier partner and will be shared before dispatch.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is shipped.


5. Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch

Once an order is completed and cleared through quality checks:

  • It will be dispatched via reliable third-party courier/logistics partners.
  • A tracking number will be shared (where available).

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Courier partner operations
  • Local factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs clearance

Pritam Nayak Couture shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.


6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional shipping charges.
  • Once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Customers are advised not to accept the delivery
  • Or to immediately record evidence (photos/videos) and notify us within 48 hours

Claims reported beyond this timeframe may not be entertained.


8. Force Majeure

Pritam Nayak Couture shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Strikes
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
  • Logistics or courier service interruptions

Pritam Nayak Couture reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
