We strongly advise customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Orders

All products offered by Pritam Nayak Couture are:

  • Made-to-order and/or customized
  • Handcrafted using artisanal processes
  • Produced specifically upon order confirmation

Due to this nature, cancellations and refunds are limited and governed strictly by the terms below.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided that production has not commenced.

Once any of the following has begun, cancellation is not permitted:

  • Fabric sourcing or cutting
  • Embroidery work
  • Pattern development
  • Custom measurements processing
  • Any form of production activity

2.2 Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

  • Bridal wear
  • Couture pieces
  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Accessories produced on order
  • Digital fashion products

3. Cancellation Request Procedure

To request a cancellation (within the allowed window), customers must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation
  2. Provide the order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Await written confirmation of approval or rejection

Cancellation requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • A cancellation request is approved within the permitted time, and
  • Production has not commenced

If approved, refunds will be processed as outlined below.

4.2 Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders once production has started
  • Customized, bridal, or couture products
  • Digital fashion products
  • Accessories made on order
  • Orders cancelled due to a change of mind or personal preference

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution

6. Partial Payments & Advance Amounts

In cases where:

  • An advance or partial payment has been made, and
  • Production has commenced

Such amounts are considered non-refundable, as they cover design, material sourcing, and artisan engagement costs.

7. Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

Where permitted by law and applicable:

  • Payment gateway fees
  • Bank charges
  • Administrative costs

may be deducted from the refundable amount.

8. Digital Fashion Products

All digital fashion products are:

  • Non-cancellable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

Once delivered or accessed, digital products cannot be revoked.

9. Force Majeure

Pritam Nayak Couture shall not be liable for refunds or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Pandemic-related delays

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Pritam Nayak Couture for resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and account suspension.
